ACQUISIT is a leading regional company specializing in data-driven advertising and data analytics at the service of its clients’ growth. ACQUISIT’s mission is to help its clients to generate more revenue and optimize their return on investment by designing and executing data-driven advertising strategies online. Founded in 2019 by consultants coming from finance, strategy and data-science backgrounds, we take marketing from an art to a science, unlocking steady and sustainable growth for our clients and helping to acquire and retain their customers online. Our clients are fast-growing digital native companies or big corporations transitioning to omnichannel. Growing at a very fast pace (+80% in 2021) while remaining fully financially independent, we are now a team of 30+ and aim at becoming the regional leader in growth marketing by 2024.     What you will be responsible for

    You will be responsible for the CRO practice of  Acquisit. Your scope involve the following actions:

    • Meet clients to understand their business model, seasonality and dynamics of their activity
    • Identify where our CRO expertise can have a significant impact
    • Audit prospect websites and apps in regards of industry standards and CRO best practices
    • Design an onsite/inapp strategic vision to improve conversion
    • Define an approach to conduct CRO missions in methodological, timely and results-driven manner 
    • Present your strategy to the client 
    • Lead and coordinate the execution of the plan with both internal and external resources
    • Ensure success and growth of the CRO practice

    Who we are looking for

    Absolute must-haves:

    • 6+ years of experience in a data-marketing firm
    • Ideally 2 years experience in CRO
    • Excellent coordination skills to work at the crossroad of multiple practices (Traffic, Analytics, Design)
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint
    • Excellent knowledge of CRO tools (GTM, Google Optimize, VWO, Convert Flow, Content Square)
    • Excellent knowledge of Web Analytics tools, in particular GA
    • Basic Knowledge of JavaScript
    • Good Business acumen and Intrapreneur mindset
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Ability to build and present a strategy
    • Fluent English
    • Results-driven and proactive profile, with good interpersonal skills

    Would be a competitive advantage:

    • Knowledge of BI tools (tableau, google data studio, power BI)
    • Knowledge of Arabic (spoken and written)
