ACQUISIT is a leading regional company specializing in data-driven advertising and data analytics at the service of its clients’ growth. ACQUISIT’s mission is to help its clients to generate more revenue and optimize their return on investment by designing and executing data-driven advertising strategies online. Founded in 2019 by consultants coming from finance, strategy and data-science backgrounds, we take marketing from an art to a science, unlocking steady and sustainable growth for our clients and helping to acquire and retain their customers online. Our clients are fast-growing digital native companies or big corporations transitioning to omnichannel. Growing at a very fast pace (+80% in 2021) while remaining fully financially independent, we are now a team of 30+ and aim at becoming the regional leader in growth marketing by 2024.     What you will be responsible for

    In the context of our fast growth, we are looking for someone to help identify and recruit the best talents in the market and beyond: we aim at recruiting 30+ people in 2023 across various roles. 

    Around 75% of your time will be dedicated to sourcing and your tasks will include:

    • Identify and sourcing profiles through relevant channels
    • Qualify the most relevant profiles through a first interview
    • Optimize the sourcing strategy and recruitment process based on ongoing data
    • Post and broadcast job offers to grow the number of applications
    • Manage Linkedin content and strategy for recruitment
    • Monitor internal tools for talent sourcing and management
    • Brief and coordinate recruitment partners working with us

    Around 25% of the remaining time will be focused on people development:

    • Follow up on personal growth program for employees once hired
    • Coordinate the onboarding program for new joiners
    • Lead on projects to foster Acquisit’s culture (ex: inspirational or motivational activities/workshops)

     

    Who we are looking for

    This position is also suited for someone who could work part-time

    • Some years of experience in recruitment or sales 
    • Someone passionate about finding the perfect profile for the right position
    • A certain ability to “read” people profiles based on written or oral interactions
    • A good understanding of the European and international degree evaluation scale
    • Results-driven and proactive profile, with good interpersonal skills
    • Strategic thinking
    • Coordination skills 
    • Fluent English
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • A good understanding of LinkedIn would definitely be a plus
