What you will be responsible for

In the context of our fast growth in the region, we are looking for a Lead recruitment specialist to boost our team expansion. You will play a key role in the execution of Acquisit’s recruitment processes, and in ensuring the sourcing of all great people to join our Lebanese office.

    • Operational support on the inbound applications qualification process
    • Coordinate all the recruitment process steps in our centralized system
    • Collect and keep clean recruitment data in our ATS at all time
    • Manage our ATS system
    • Monitor the efficiency of the recruitment process and coordinate with all stakeholders
    • Source profiles proactively through relevant channels & optimize the sourcing strategy, for our Lebanese office
    • Posting and broadcasting of job offers to grow the number of applications, through organically and paid job posting.
Job description

Who we are looking for

  • Student in bachelor degree or master with a focus on HR or business.
  • Results-driven and proactive profile, with good interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking, analytical mindset and ease with numbers and logic
  • Coordination skills even with senior stakeholders 
  • Fluent English and Arabic
  • Excellent presentation skills

Initial screening

The first stage of the interview process involves a preliminary screening of candidates’ resumes and cover letters.

Phone or Video interview

Candidates will be asked a series of questions to further assess their qualifications and fit for the role.

Take at-home test

Candidates may be required to complete an assessment through exercises to demonstrate their capacity in analysis and or data manipulation.

Technical assessment

For technical positions, candidates may be required to complete a technical assessment or take a skills-based test to demonstrate their proficiency in relevant technologies or programming languages.

In-person interview

Qualified candidates will typically be invited for an in-person interview, where they will meet with members of the hiring team and potentially other key stakeholders within the organization.
