Revibe set out to scale its growth in South Africa through creator-led paid media, with TikTok playing a central role in its acquisition strategy. Scaling effectively required a consistent pipeline of localized content from creators who could speak to different audiences, campaign objectives, and seasonal moments.

Sourcing and managing the right creators in-house was challenging and time consuming. Revibe needed access to a diverse local creator pool that could support performance campaigns with relevant UGC and influencer content, while helping reduce creative fatigue.

Acquisit and Welcome Tomorrow, a growth partner specializing in creative strategy, localized UGC production, and influencer management, teamed up to build one integrated creative-and-performance model. Acquisit managed Revibe’s paid campaigns and campaign optimization, while Welcome Tomorrow brought the local market expertise and creator network needed to produce content that could be tested, learned from, and scaled

Strategy

Acquisit managed the paid media side, identified opportunities in campaign performance, and ensured that new creative assets could be tested, optimized, and scaled across acquisition channels.

Welcome Tomorrow sourced and briefed local creators, produced localized UGC and influencer content, and analyzed creative performance to iterate through structured creative testing.

This collaboration created a feedback loop between media performance and creative production. Campaign data helped inform which content directions to prioritize, while the consistent flow of localized creator content gave Acquisit more assets to test.

The path was to drive performance through localized content, using data continuously to understand what was working, what needed to be refreshed, and what should be tested next.

Execution

Acquisit ran a diverse mix of campaigns focused on driving both traffic and conversions, with TikTok playing a central role in Revibe’s acquisition strategy. The goal was to use creator-led content not only to build awareness, but also to generate measurable performance across paid media.

Welcome Tomorrow developed creative concepts grounded in South African cultural context, seasonal relevance, and customer insights. Content was designed to feel native to the market and platform, while giving the performance team enough variation to test different creators, messages, and formats.

Creators were rotated on a bi-weekly basis to maintain consistency in output and minimize creative fatigue. This ensured that campaigns had a steady flow of fresh assets, while allowing Acquisit to identify which content directions were gaining traction and which ones needed to be refreshed.

Content was also tailored around seasonal moments throughout the year, helping Revibe stay relevant across different campaign periods and audience needs.

The workflow followed a simple feedback loop:

  • Acquisit launched and optimized campaigns across traffic and conversion objectives.
  • Campaign performance was reviewed to identify stronger-performing content, formats, and creative angles.
  • Welcome Tomorrow used these learnings to brief and produce new localized creator content.
  • New assets were launched, tested, and optimized again.

Results & Impact

With a stronger localized content pipeline, Revibe significantly increased its TikTok ad spend. This scale-up was supported by stronger campaign engagement, with TikTok CTR improving by 67% since the start of the collaboration.

Performance efficiency also improved as budgets scaled. TikTok ROAS increased by 30%, showing that higher investment did not come at the expense of campaign returns.

The collaboration also supported stronger full-funnel growth. Since November 2025, TikTok impressions increased by 112%, reflecting stronger reach as creator-led campaigns expanded. This growth in visibility was matched by stronger traffic performance, with total web visits increasing by 145% over the same period.

The collaboration gave Revibe a scalable model for connecting local creative production with performance marketing. With the right content pipeline in place, the brand was able to reduce creative fatigue, improve campaign efficiency, and support stronger growth over time.
