What you will be responsible for

Join a multi-dimensional squad and provide strong operational support across our marketplace-client portfolio

  • Assist the account manager in the creation of campaigns, creative upload, keyword research, audience research, and all tasks assigned related to supporting account growth and task implementation

  • Assist with the formatting of client presentations and reporting, and troubleshooting

  • Support and later lead on running routine analysis

  • Support and own all implementations assigned by account managers

  •  Organization of the storage of creative assets and content on internal drives

Who we are looking for

Absolute must-haves:

  • Proven interest in digital business, retail media, marketplaces, and online advertising

  • Analytical mindset

  • Detail-oriented with a “zero-mistake” mindset; high standards for accuracy and thoroughness

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets (including basic data analysis), and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)

  • Fluent English; fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is a plus.

  • Results-driven, proactive, efficient, and able to manage multiple campaigns / SKUs / priorities with a structured approach.

  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

Competitive advantages (nice to have):

  • Previous experience in content creation/coordination.

  • Hands-on experience with Amazon advertising –  setup and optimisation of Sponsored Ads and DSP/programmatic campaigns.
  • Understanding of e-commerce dynamics: inventory, product listings, seasonality, SKUs, marketplace rules/policies.
