Who we are

What we offer

Reporting directly to the Marketplace Lead, you will own the creation, management, and optimization of the clients’ Amazon content. Your primary objective will be to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content that drives sales, improves brand authority, and ensures customer satisfaction. You will keep open communication with the team, working closely to align content strategies with the brand’s objectives and values.

Your responsibilities

Primary:

  • Collaborate with Marketplace Lead: Brainstorm, strategize, and implement creative ideas that align with the brand’s objectives and values.
  • Collaborate with client & oversee complete project lifecycle: Under supervision of the marketplace lead, you will handle projects from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring adherence to Amazon’s brand guidelines & client requirements.
  • Troubleshoot issues: Identify and resolve any issues related to content, ensuring a smooth and effective workflow.
  • Maintain consistency: Ensure all content (both graphic and copy) is consistent across all product listings

 

Secondary:

  • Develop Amazon SEO content: Build product detail pages (PDPs) and brand stores that are optimized for search engines and follow Amazon’s best practices.
  • Proofread, translate, or create Amazon content: Ensure all content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand messaging and product specificities
  • Stay updated on trends: Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in Amazon content creation and SEO practices
  • Ensure compliance: Make sure all content complies with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.
  • Support promotional activities: Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns on Amazon by supporting content upload and update

  • 2+ years of experience working with Amazon content
  • Proficiency on Canva but Adobe Creative Suite tools highly appreciated (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects)
  • Experience in video editing, content formatting
  • Creative & pragmatic personality
  • Strong attention to detail & eye for aesthetics
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients and the marketplace lead to produce high quality content
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines to deliver high-quality work on time
  • Good interpersonal skills

Fluent English, Arabic a strong plus
