What you will be responsible for

In the context of fast growth in the region, we are looking for a Business Development lead. You will take the lead on every aspect of our business expansion practice in the UAE, from prospecting, activity tracking, opportunity management, contract management, and closing deals. 

You will join a company of 70+ forward thinkers, among the best data-driven growth experts in the region. You will get their support when it comes to strategic approach design and be able to rely on their expertise for pitches. You will report directly to the founders, who will enhance your actions with the strong network and experience they have established in the digital ecosystem in the region. 

  • Generate, develop and close sales opportunities with Enterprises and SMBs
  • Pursue leads generated by yourself and our inbound and outbound marketing efforts : receive, qualify, nurture
  • Understand and clarify complex customer requirement/needs in growth marketing
  • Develop and independently deliver custom presentations on Acquisit’s services that will highly impact the prospect’s digital potential
  • Develop effective strategies for winning in a competitive environment
  • Coordinate internal resources including marketing, and operational experts to present a compelling case to prospects
  • Respond to RFPs – leading the completion of documentation to win new clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Support the management team in developing sales strategies
  • Expand the company’s footprint in the regional ecosystem by taking part in industry-related events and webinars
  • Monitor digital marketing industry trends to nurture the company’s mid and long-term strategy
  • Document all conversations, activities, and emails in our CRM
  • Monitor and report on commercial performance

The ideal candidate would be a consultant with a strong background and first hand experience in data driven marketing strategies and a strong interest in developing client solutions.

  • You have a deep knowledge of digital marketing both strategical and operational, applied to e-commerce in particular
  • Your business acumen is proven: identifying opportunities and building trust with decision makers of Enterprises has no secret for you
  • You build trust  and suggest relevant solutions to transform prospects into clients
  • Your focus is on understanding your prospects needs : explicit and implicit
  • Your organization and resilience never let one conversation unfollowed, with prospects and internal teams
  • Your coordination and communication skills lead you to noticeable successes in your previous experiences 
  • Your knowledge of the region is key, thanks to a previous experience in the Middle East
  • You have excellent pitching skills. Proven ppt maker, you can synthesize ideas in slides
  • Your work ethics and transparency are undisputable
  • You speak fluent English, Arabic would be a plus

Initial screening

Phone or Video interview

Candidates may be required to complete an assessment through exercises to demonstrate their capacity in analysis and or data manipulation.

Technical assessment

For technical positions, candidates may be required to complete a technical assessment or take a skills-based test to demonstrate their proficiency in relevant technologies or programming languages.

In-person interview

Qualified candidates will typically be invited for an in-person interview, where they will meet with members of the hiring team and potentially other key stakeholders within the organization.

Job offer

If the candidate successfully completes all stages of the interview process and passes the reference check, the company may extend a job offer, outlining the terms and conditions of employment.
