What you will be responsible for

As a Media Executive, you’ll be an integral part of a cross-functional team, supporting the strategy and execution of upper-funnel media campaigns focused on brand visibility, awareness, and consideration. You’ll ensure every campaign runs smoothly from planning to go-live and beyond—balancing attention to detail with strong coordination skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Setup & Launch: Implement and launch upper-funnel advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and others—ensuring flawless execution and alignment with campaign objectives and timelines.

  • Campaign Monitoring: Track campaign delivery to confirm that targeting, pacing, and formats are performing as expected. Flag issues early and propose solutions.

  • Operational Project Management: Manage campaign timelines and deliverables, making sure all assets (creatives, tracking links, previews) are ready and approved on time. Follow up proactively with internal and external teams to keep launches on track.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the operational point of contact between internal teams, clients, and media suppliers. Communicate campaign needs clearly, and ensure smooth collaboration on strategy execution.

  • Cross-Team Support: Collaborate closely with the media and account management teams, offering hands-on operational support and helping maintain high standards of execution.

  • Flexibility & Growth: As the company grows, your role will evolve. Be ready to take on new challenges and develop new skills over time.

Who we are looking for

  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, media operations, or campaign/brand strategy

  • Familiarity with upper-funnel campaigns and media planning for awareness and consideration goals

  • Experience managing ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, etc.

  • Strong project management mindset—detail-oriented and deadline-driven

  • Confident communicator with the ability to coordinate across teams and clients

  • Exposure to media budgets, timelines, and tracking tools

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Proactive, analytical, and eager to learn

  • High standards for quality and execution—zero-mistake mindset
