Joining a brand-new practice at Acquisit, you will be directly exposed to the inner works of our data science and data engineering practices. You will support the deployment of Acquitech – a practice focused on building fully automated, AI-driven solutions for our internal teams and our clients. The core of the position revolves around the usability, exploration, and automation of our data pipeline, building the foundation for our practice and actively participating in its roadmap. You will be trained to become an expert in data science tools, google cloud platform, online advertising platforms and data visualization tools, while developing your analytical skills, your strategic thinking, and your problem-solving skills.

What you will be responsible for

  • Exploratory analysis to define dimensions and variables of interest.
  • Deploy machine learning modules for client-based applications, such as revenue forecast and conversion rate prediction.
  • Data engineering practices to build the inner works of our data pipeline, including creation of tables, dependencies, assertions, and quality control. 
  • Rigorous control of data governance and assertions, ensuring the data is accurate and on time. 
  • Development and deployment of web-based apps to interface with the modules created and provide our teams / clients an access point to our tools.
  • To create an interface between the performance teams and the tools to be built, ensuring they are used effectively and serve their intended purpose.

Who we are looking for

Absolute must-haves:

  • Very strong analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL and Python
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel 
  • Knowledge of any web application framework (React, Django, Flask …)
  • Fluent English
  • Results-driven and proactive profile, with good interpersonal skills

Would be a competitive advantage:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing
  • Exposure to Google Cloud Platform and it’s modules (Big Query, Vertex AI, Dataform) 
  • Knowledge of data aggregation tools (Funnel.io, Supermetrics) 
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Looker Studio, Power BI)
  • Fluent in Arabic

Initial screening
