What will you be responsible for? 

You will be in charge of the following missions: 

  • Greet and welcome guests 
  • Answer phone calls and emails, and take messages 
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars, coordinate events 
  • Keep updated records and files 
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.) 
  • Run errands as requested 
  • Draft correspondence, such as emails and letters 
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies 
  • Coordinate with IT for office needs
  • Help with the procurement of office supplies and needs
  • Supervising facilities management operators 
  • Keep a stock of pantry and office supplies, and place orders when necessary

We are looking for a professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multitask to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties in our company. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. 

Absolute must-haves: 

  • Minimum of 2 year experience 
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist/admin assistant 
  • MS Office and English proficiency
