Let’s explore how Acquisit collaborated with FNP, India’s leading online gift shop for flowers, cakes, and more, to expand to Saudi Arabia.
Strategy
Acquisit supported their entry and rapid growth in this key market through hyper-localization, using Performance Max campaigns segmented by product, language, and location. We adopted a performance-driven strategy aimed at increasing purchases across web and app, and used Performance Max for its ability to consolidate inventory while allowing granular control. Asset groups were structured by product (flowers vs. cakes), language (Arabic vs. English), and city. We also used audience signals to accelerate performance and relevance. This setup allowed us to activate both international audiences, who were sending gifts, and local users, ensuring budget efficiency and cultural resonance across all touchpoints.
For demand capturing we also implemented intent-based Search campaigns, organizing keywords by themes aligned with Saudi culture plus gifting occasions and matching them with relevant landing pages.
For awareness and discoverability, we used Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok; this multi-platform approach ensured strong reach across key demographics while reinforcing brand presence.
FNP’s objective was not only to grow in KSA but to resonate with the Saudi audience and increase the share of Arabic purchases. Initially, most of FNP’s sales were coming from expats through the English app and website, so the goal was to grow the local market.
We used first-party data and international remarketing, activating inbound campaigns on search to capture the audience searching for KSA and using this data to remarket them on socials. Presence on Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok was particularly important because after conducting our initial audit, we discovered that most of the app traffic was coming from these platforms, and allocating more budget towards them was key to increase in app purchases (one of FNP's goals).
Results
Through language-specific ad copy, regionally tailored creatives, and localized landing pages, we improved relevance, engagement, and ultimately conversions across the funnel, growing the Arabic sales share by 24% in 6 months.
Pmax campaigns allowed for seamless scaling while increasing ROAS by 33% and decreasing the CPA by 21%, thanks to structured segmentation and AI-powered optimization.

Our metrics showed strong purchase conversions across both app and web, growing the app ratio by 22.32% in 3 months. The combination of structured targeting and cultural adaptation enabled us to successfully position FNP as a leading gifting platform in KSA, accelerating their international growth objectives.

This scalable yet customized approach has allowed us to support clients in expanding their footprint across diverse international markets while maintaining cost-efficiency and performance. Our ability to connect strategic market planning with platform expertise is key to delivering consistent growth at scale.
