Who we are

What you will be responsible for

Your role as CFO is multi-dimensional, you will supervise the following functions

  • Finance: You will oversee all the key components of the finance function such as financial planning, expense management, accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting, to cash flow management, controls and credit collection.
  • Legal: You also directly overlook legal matter to ensure compliance across four different jurisdictions and assess possible risks.
  • Payroll: You oversee payroll
  • Operations: You oversee creating budgets and revised forecasts for various operations and ensuring that it aligns with the overall finance management. You might also be responsible for building sales and marketing stacks, departmental financial planning, clients’ accounts performance management analysis and special projects/operations cost-benefit analysis.
  • IT: Supervise IT systems on compliance and security aspects (supported by external service provider).

 

You will manage a team of 3 people composed of a finance manager, an administrative manager and an administrative assistant. Your team is subject to grow as the business evolve.

You will lead numerous structuring projects:

  • Automation
    • Payroll
    • Invoicing
    • Reporting
    • Transfer pricing KSA
  • UAE tax compliance – effective since 2024
  • Client accounts performance analysis

You will report to the CEO of the company. You will work closely with him and the chairman of the board. It is essential that you understand the business well and connect with the operational teams. You will put yourself in a position to conduct the right analyses and provide the adequate recommendations to management, in relation to the performances of the business and its direction.

  • Proven experience as a CFO, finance officer, or in a relevant role
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
